Too often we single moms feel stuck, beat down, unaccomplished or even like failures and that couldn’t be further from the truth. I spent years on government assistance programs, years picking the worst possible men, and years feeling like I was never going to make it.

I was able to turn everything around when I started my own business as a small business consultant working from home. I decided shortly after that I wanted to help inspire other single mothers so I created this blog.
